Warranty and Service
The service center of the LaserMedService company provides guarantee, post-guarantee and technical maintenance of LASMIK laser devices.
Buying a LASMIK laser device, you can always be sure of its high quality and reliability. It is confirmed by the high standards of manufacture quality of and availability of necessary permits for the manufacture and maintenance of medical equipment.
The warranty for MATRIX laser and LASMIK laser devices is:
- 5 years from the sale date – on the base units LASMIK, LASMIK-ILBI, LASMIK-UROLOGIST and emitting heads of pulsed illumination;
- 1 year from the sale date – on the emitting heads of continuous illumination.
Warranty services are provided on the following conditions:
- availability of a passport for the device or emitting head when it is submitted for repair;
- no physical damage;
- no foreign objects, traces of liquids and loose granular materials inside the device;
- factory seals are not broken.
In case of violation of the rules listed above as well as improper storage and operation of LASMIK laser device, repair service is provided at customer’s expense.
