RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE CHOICE OF THE COMPLEX OF LASMIK LASER THERAPY DEVICE

Laser therapy devices LASMIK are made under the block principle. The ready working set consists of several blocks (parts) connected to each other.

The components of the LASMIK series devices are schematically represented below:

To make the required complexion the LASMIK device basis, you need to choose the following components:

      1. LASMIK BASIC UNIT.

  • The 2-channel portable base unit with two inputs for emitting heads.
  • 4-channel unit with four inputs for emitting heads. Convenient for stationary use with a large number of emitting heads.
  • Base unit with a vacuum channel. If the techniques involve a laser-vacuum massage (dentistry, cosmetology, urology, etc.), then it is recommended to purchase the device with an additional vacuum channel. For cosmetology, we offer “LASMIK-PROFI” COMPLEX for laser biorevitalization.

    2. EMITTING HEADS WITH DIFFERENT PARAMETERS.

Emitting heads vary in:

  • The type of built-in illumination source (laser, LED, EHF).
  • Wavelength and spectrum of laser or LED illumination (infrared, red, ultraviolet, blue, green).
  • Mode of operation (continuous, pulse, modulated).
  • Illumination power.
  • Number of illumination sources (single and matrix).

All these parameters are selected depending on impliedexposure zone. More detailed recommendations on the choice of emitting heads are given below.

     3. OPTICAL AND MAGNETIC NOZZLES

Optical nozzles are used for intracavitary techniques. They deliver laser illuminationto the exposure zonewith minimal losses. Gynecology, proctology, dentistry, acupuncture and otolaryngologynozzles are produced.

Mirror nozzles ZN-35 and ZN-50 ensure hygiene, protection, stability and reproducibility of procedures. Therefore, these nozzles are recommended to beincluded in all orders.

Magnetic nozzles are special permanent magnets that when combined with laser illumination, provide a higher treatment efficiency. This technique is called magnetic laser therapy (MLT, MIL-therapy).

   4. CUP ATTACHMENTS FOR VACUUM AND LASER-VACUUM MASSAGE

For the procedures of laser-vacuum massage in cosmetology, cups of various diameters (mm) are produced: FVM-15, FVM-25, FVM-35, FVM-45, FVM-55, FVM-65. Both single items and complete sets of cups can be purchased.

The following sets are available:

  • Universal set KB-5 of five cups with a diameter of 15, 25, 35, 45, 55 and 65 mm.
  • A set for laser biorevitalization, consisting of two cups of the smallest diameter FVM-15 and FVM-25 for the face.

For laser-vacuum massage in dentistry, a slot nozzle FVM-S is used.

How to choose an emitting head?

The optimal set includes 4 emitting heads:

– LO-904-20 (pulse infrared) – 2 pcs.,

– KLO-635-15 (continuous red) – 1 pc.,

– ML-904-80 (matrix infrared) – 1 pc.

This set allows you to implement most of laser therapy techniquesin order to increase the treatment efficiencyTo expand the capabilities and areas of implementation of the LASMIK device, the emitting heads of other types should be used. A complete list of emitting heads for LASMIK devices is given in the sections Laser emitting heads, LED and EHF heads.

Which of the emitting heads to choose?

Pulsed infrared, pulsed red, continuous green, continuous red – this is the sequence in descending order of preference. The most versatile heads are the heads of LO or KLO type due to the possibility of using various nozzles with them. Matrix head ML-904-80 can only work with a magnetic nozzle MM-50.

Why does the base unit have minimum 2 channels?

There exist a lot of effective techniques that involve working with two heads simultaneously: paravertebral exposure (on both sides of the spine), exposure on joints, lesions, vascular bundles, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to have minimum two laser infrared pulsed emitting heads LO-904-20 with the base unit. The pulse power of this head (not less than 20 W) allows maximum variation of the impact energy density.

The minimum required set of LASMIK laser therapy device:

The LASMIK device – 2-channel base unit

Pulsed infrared laser emitting head LO-904-20 – 2 pcs.

Mirror magnet ZM-50 (50 mTl) – 2 pcs.

Mirror nozzle ZN-35 – 2 pcs. (depending on the number of heads)

Optical nozzles for implied exposure zones

The optimal set of LASMIK laser therapy device:
