Impact on Zakharyin – Ged zones (dermatomes)
Impact parameters are identical to the contact-mirror technique (Table 1). The optimal use of the matrix pulse IR-emitting heads, for example, ML-904-80 for LASMIK series. Wavelength 904 nm, power 40–60 W, frequency 80–150 Hz, exposure 1.5–2 min per zone, contact. It is also possible to use a laser emitting head with a single pulsed IR laser (LO-904-20 for LASMIK series), but contact-mirror technique is required (with a mirror nozzle ZN-35 or ZN-50). The wavelength is 904 nm, the pulse power is 10–15 W, the frequency is 80 Hz, the exposure time is 1.5–2 min per zone. In one session up to 4-6 zones. Variations in power and frequency are not allowed.
Impact on the paravertebral zones
The exposure parameters are identical to the contact-mirror method (Table 1), but only the pulsed IR LILI is used, two laser emitting heads with one laser (LO-904-20 for LASMIK series with a mirror nozzle ZN-35, symmetrical. Wavelength 904 nm, pulse power 10–15 W, frequency 80–150 Hz, stable, paravertebral, on the projection of sympathetic nodes, 1 min exposure to one zone. In some techniques, exposure time is allowed to vary with increasing number of fields, sometimes labile techniques are used.
