DESCRIPTION OF THE LASMIK-ILBI DEVICE

LASMIK-ILBI device is a specially designed for carrying out the procedure of intravenous laser blood illumination.

The LASMIK-ILBI device has two channels for emitting heads for intravenous blood illumination. The quality and high reliability of connectors makes changing laser heads with different spectra of laser illumination (red, UV, blue, green, IR) and power easy and convenient.

Laser power is adjustable from 0 to maximum. Digital power control is provided with the built-in photometer.

The session time of intravenous laser blood illumination is set automatically and remaining time is indicated on a digital display.

Laser illumination of the red spectrum is widely used for carrying out ILBI procedures in all areas of medicine. The guidelines for ILBI procedure techniques where the power and exposure time for various diseases are indicated are included in the delivery set of the device.

To expand the capabilities of the LASMIK-ILBI device and to increase the efficiency of intravenous laser therapy procedures the following emitting heads are used:

Name Spectral range Wavelength, nm Power, mW
KL-ILBI-635-2 Red 635 2
KL-ILBI-635-20 Red 635 20
KL-ILBI-365-2 Ultraviolet (UV) 365 2
KL-ILBI-450-2 Blue 445-450 2
KL-ILBI-450-20 Blue 445-450 20
KL-ILBI-530-2 Green 520-530 2
KL-ILBI-530-20 Green 520-530 20
KL-ILBI-808-40 IR 808 40

Recommendations on the choice of laser emitting heads for intravenous laser blood illumination are given on the page Emitting Heads for ILBI

For the ILBI procedure, sterile disposable light guides KIVL-01 are used. To ensure high-quality input of the laser beam from the emitting head into the light guide and stability of the illumination parameters given in the guidelines it is necessary to use disposable light guides KIVL-01 of the Research Center «Matrix» produced in accordance with TR 9444-005-72085060-2008.
