ILBI Emitting Heads
Specialized emitting heads are designed for carrying out procedures of intravenous laser blood illumination (ILBI), they differ in the wavelength and power of laser illumination.
All laser emitting heads are connected to the LASMIK-ILBI device with convenient, modern and ultra-reliable connectors which differ in colour according to the laser illumination wavelength, which ensures against errors during procedures.
The designation of laser emitting heads has the following form (as an example): KL-ILBI-635-2, where KL-ILBI is a type of a head (for ILBI), 635 is the wavelength of laser illumination in nanometers (nm), 2 is the maximum laser power in milliwatts (mW), which is adjustable from 0 to the maximum value.
LASER EMITTING HEADS FOR ILBI
Laser head of continuous illumination KL-ILBI -635-2
- Wavelength – 635 nm
- Maximum power – 2 mW
- Laser spectrum – red
Such heads have maximum versatility and can be implemented practically in all the laser therapy techniques, except acupuncture, that is why they are included in the simple kits of the equipment.
Main areas of implementation: they are used in all areas of medicine in basic techniques, provides trophic support of tissues and has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect. |

Laser head of continuous illumination KL- ILBI-635-20
- Wavelength – 635 nm
- Maximum power – 20 mW
- Laser spectrum – red
It has a higher maximum illumination power than the KL- ILBI-635-2, which is required in a number of techniques.

For the ILBI procedure, sterile disposable light guides KIVL-01 are used. To ensure high-quality input of the laser beam from the emitting head into the light guide and stability of the illumination parameters given in the guidelines it is necessary to use disposable light guides KIVL-01 of the Research Center «Matrix» produced in accordance with TR 9444-005-72085060-2008.
