The technique is recommended to include in the general scheme of laser therapy. Procedures are carried out daily with a partially filled bladder with a mandatory emptying of the bladder immediately after each session. The patient is on the urogynecological chair or on the couch, lying on his back. A condom is put on the nozzle, the exposure is performed through the mucous membrane of rectal ampoule.
The 1–5 procedures are performed using only the magnetic-laser part of VMLG10 (without vibration). Exposure – 5 min, the modulation frequency of illumination – 10 Hz.
6–9 procedures are carried out with the simultaneous use of vibratory massage (VMLM). The exposure time is 5 minutes, the modulation frequency of the illumination is 10 Hz, the vibration frequency is 3 Hz, the amplitude is 10–20%. VMLM is carried out only in the absence of pain. Otherwise, the vibration amplitude is reduced.
The 10–15 procedures are carried out using only vibratory massage without laser illumination. Exposure – 5 min, the frequency of vibration – 8-10 Hz. The maximum vibration amplitude is up to 60% under the control of the patient’s subjective assessment.
