The technique of local laser negative pressure (LLNP)
- Laser therapy device LASMIK-UROLOGIST
- Laser physiotherapy device MATRIX-VM or LASMIK in the “03” variant (1 laser illumination channel and 1 vacuum channel)
- Laser head of continuous illumination LO-LLNP
- Flask for local laser negative pressure technique B-LLNP
Laser exposure is performed as follows: when using a LO-LLNP laser head, it is recommended to turn on channel 1 alternately on the base unit (continuous red laser illumination, usually in biomodulated BIO mode), then channel 2 (pulsed infrared LILI).
Laser exposure should be carried out during pressure cycles. The recommended total time of one LLNP procedure is 12 minutes (2 minutes for each type of illumination). During the LVM session, the number of cycles and their duration should be stopped before the appearance of edema of the foreskin of the penis.
The sequence of the procedure.
- When working in the biomodulated mode, connect the MATRIX-BIO unit in accordance with its manual or enable the mode on the LASMIK-BIO block. On the laser emitting head, press the MOD button (the LED should light up). Laser-vacuum therapy is allowed to be carried out without using the BIO mode, but with the modulation of LILI by a constant frequency. In this case, the base unit for channel 1 (red continuous lasers) is set to 40 Hz. In any case, the laser illumination power is maximum and not adjustable.
- For channel 2 (pulsed IR lasers), the frequency is set at 300–600 Hz (in biomodulated mode) or 40 Hz (without connecting the BIO mode), power is also maximum.
- The cycles are repeated with a periodicity (half-period) of 1.5 minutes. Accordingly, the channels (lasers) are connected in the following sequence:
1.5 min – vacuum, channel 1 is on (red lasers, 635 nm);
1.5 min – break, all lasers are off;
1.5 min – vacuum, channel 2 is on (pulsed IR lasers, 904 nm);
1.5 min – break, all lasers are off;
1.5 min – vacuum, channel 1 is on (red lasers, 635 nm). - Lasers are switched on for no more than 12 minutes per session (4 cycles), that is, 1–2 times each.
